It’s worth noting that we’re usually pretty quick at personalising products, picking and packing your order & despatching it. Which means we’re not able to make any amendments to your order after the payment confirmation stage.
This includes: Changing the delivery address or shipping method. Adding or removing items from your order or altering the sizes or colour of products, this may include personalised items.
Prices published are correct from the date of production and Proforma Invoice issued. Prices may vary (either up or down in price structure) due to circumstances beyond our control. However, this will be drawn to your attention when we receive your order. You will then be given the option to proceed with your order or to withdraw it from our records.
Please note: All sizing is based on agreed size EU chart guide. For international sizing please contact us for size guide.
Printed, labelled and embroidered gloves, clothing, bags and accessories are Non-Returnable unless faulty (only manufacturing warranty agreed during order finalization and it must be word by word). Please note that some brands require us to label/print/embroider their goods in brand associated fonts.
Warranty only to be claimed within 5 days after receiving goods in case of any problem, like sizes, leather damage, colour difference, workmanship or any other agreed faults. Warranty does not include for any environmental or storage damage like any type of fungal issues, unseen happening, used/opened products, mishandling etc even if there is separate warranty agreement signed b/w both parties these TCs must apply and will not be warranted out of the way.
If for some reason any item(s) is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided the item(s) has not been personalised in any way and it is sent back within 5 days of receiving.
Your returned items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging to the address as you have picked up the goods like if it was by sea shipment and you have used your own agent for shipping then return back as on CIF base to the port where it was picked up and same will be applied for by air shipments; please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
Please send the goods back in their original packaging with a courier of your choice; please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a track able service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Returns only acceptable within faults as mentioned above and agreed otherwise returned goods will no be acceptable.
Foam Palms/Impact/Lined Gloves
IMPORTANT- The majority of foam palms are extremely soft and provide excellent grip in most conditions, because of the softness and grip, the palms of most gloves are subject to wear. Therefore ITC cannot be responsible for abrasion that results from normal wear or damage caused by application outside the recommended use.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colour production of the items featured in our production is accurate though a very slight variation may result due to different lots production on each separate order.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to an individual or company even after any type of signed agreement.
We do not share your contact details with any third-party company. If you enter our website via Google ad words, a cookie will be placed on your computer. The sole purpose of this is to help us to analyse our Return On Investment (ROI).
We may publish images of our personalisation from customer orders on our website and social media platforms to show examples of personalisation and the options we offer.
Denial of Receipt of goods
We are unable to issue replacements or refunds on any orders where the parcel has gone missing and where goods were miss handled or any environmental or unseen damage.

Store all products in well ventilated warehouses because if goods were not sorted in proper care then may cause some issues of damage like fungal and dampness.

· Do not wash
· Do not tumble dry
· Do not expose to direct sunshine or other sources of strong heat (e.g. radiators) as this can reduce the life of the product
